Remove headline

Hello,

I'm pretty new to Sphinx and the rst language in general. I'm trying to use your extension to automatically generate the command line arguments documentation and it seems to work well! My only problem is that the autoprogram directive automatically creates a headline which is considered a subsection of my current section, which is not what I want. Is there a way to remove this headline? I don't think I can modify the source code since I'm using the Read the Docs website as a host.
