WordPress Plugin gives 403 error

I've followed the instructions here - including adding the Swimlane and token. https://bullhorn.github.io/career-portal/Using-the-Bullhorn-Career-Portal-on-Wordpress.html

I first installed it and made a page for the shortcode in May (just as the client was starting to work with Bullhorn.) There was no portal displaying, but neither was there an error. I had assumed that once they started listing jobs in the portal they would appear there.

When the client contacted Bullhorn, the response was: It appears that the app.json file may be missing from this webpage. It is not.

Current behavior

403 Forbidden error displays.

Expected behavior

Expected to see the portal.

Steps to replicate behavior

1. Install plugin
2. add swimlane and token
3. Drop the shortcode on the page.
