Get incident event with 'End of file' error message

Hi

I get a lot of incident events, with 'End of file' error message.

By debug, I fount it create by src/tcp_driver.cpp, line 403.

Can you have me fix this problem?

I use tcpdump get some information.

Before 'End of file', i found server send a mysql warning packge to client, message is 'EOF Marker found while connection in wrong state.'

And my mysql version is 5.1.72-log
