Animation spec for operation with IMPOSED mode has no effect

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open SpotlightSlider
2. Perform any operation with custom spec, for instance: spotlight.last(animationSpec = spring(stiffness = 30f)) }
3. Check that provided spec has not effect, and it uses default spec animation.
