Migrate Navigation Demo's DatingCardsNode to multiplatform #543
Description
As there's not currently a convenient multiplatform image loading library the DatingCardsNode in demos/appyx-navigation/android was not migrated to multiplatform alongside the others.
There's an example in the experimental library (see https://bumble-tech.github.io/appyx/components/experimental/) for dating cards with a simple coloured background.
Proposal: replace the image-based dating cards node with the coloured implementation from appyx-components/experimental/cards whilst awaiting the Coil image loading library to support all platforms.
