iterm2@beta incorrectly identified as iterm2@nightly #588

Description

What were you trying to do?

Attempting to check for updates for the brew managed iterm2@beta app (not iterm2@nightly, which is not installed).

What was the problem?

I have iterm2@beta installed and managed via brew and brew correctly labels it as such. Cork incorrectly identifies it as iterm2@nightly and persistently asks me to adopt it (I have to continue to select "ignore"). Confirmed via brew command-line that iterm2@beta is installed and managed, iterm2@nightly is not. They are 2 different packages.

TLDR: Cork does not correctly identify that iterm2@beta is installed; incorrectly believes that iterm2@nightly is installed externally and can be adopted.

Edit: My self-compiled version is the latest (v1.7.3.1 (111)). I then downloaded the available pre-compiled version from https://corkmac.app which seems to be an older version (v1.7.3 (109)). In the first screenshot is my compiled version that simply just shows iterm2@nightly. In the older version, it shows a drop-down where I can select the edition I want. (Ignore all the other adopt apps, this was one of your fixes in the latest version that I self-compiled).
