Subtitle formatting looks off

A change of font is appearing on to a regular sub-heading I use in articles.

See attached link and the title 'Related Reading', where the font size is smaller than the remaining text.

This occurs in many other articles with the use of Fancy Mode.

As an aside, neither is it possible in Fancy Mode to create the slight indent of this sub-title that I used to be able to do with Markdown.

Do you remember if you copy + paste that from some other source? It's got CSS on it (padding: 5px; margin-left: 50px; margin-right: 55px;) that I don't recognize from anywhere else.
