Allow customizing "Upgrade to read the rest..."

There is a present box at the end of mailings to free subscribers, which states:

'Upgrade to read the rest'

The language does seem rather casual and we wonder if it could be changed to:

'Upgrade to a Premium Subscription'

Indeed, we would prefer that we had also the option to do without this message, as there is already our own upgrade message and link contained within the mail itself.

Yup — not possible right now but very reasonable. Will tweak this.

The situation is rather worse than stated as the link to Upgrade goes to 404. I am therefore holding off sending anything to free subscribers until it is working. I would therefore appreciate urgent action to rectify the bug.
