Cannot handle special cases for Tables

This is quite nice a new method fast and with good accuracy. However, for the special cases like footnote reference within a table and merged cells. For the former case, camelot-py has a param called flag_size which can be used to detect super/subscripts.

@benzi604 Thank you for your valuable feedback. We have recently identified the root causes of Dolphin's limitations in handling table special cases and are actively working on model improvements. An updated version addressing these issues will be released soon.
