convert the model to HuggingFace format

Hi all,

I was wondering if there's a proper (tried) way for converting the model to HuggingFace format, I could find several resources of doing it generally but I found some people complain about it unless the model authors/founders have their own/script to do this conversion. So, having something you tried it yourself would be great.

Any help about this?
