removing tags from the filter box causes the list of tags to be opened and to remain open

select a number of tags by clicking on them on the project card, then remove them one by one (removing the first one opens the list of tags)

Expected behaviour:

• removing a tag does not open the list of tags

Actual behaviour:

• the list is opened
• the list remains open after the last tag is removed
