Description

The current integration of Minerva into cBioPortal relies on iframes, which limit interactivity. This task aims to replace iframes with a React component, allowing seamless data exchange between cBioPortal and Minerva.

✅ Tasks

  • Develop a React component for embedding Minerva.
  • Enable direct state changes instead of URL-based interactions.
