[BUG] clickhouse needs to increase connection timeout

Add socket_timeout to connection string

I have not tested it. Just only googled.
I guess it should work by setting it at the application.properties like this.
60000 milisecs == 60 secs == 1 min

Example:
spring.datasource.clickhouse.url=jdbc:ch://localhost:8443/cbioportal?socket_timeout=60000&connect_timeout=60000
