Monero: lan node shows red when "use ssl" checked

node is reachable and sync works, just that it displays as red

most likely the certificate is incorrect / self signed. This is expected behavior.

It's definitely self-signed
this is default behavior of monerod (to create a self-signed cert)

would be nice if it at least showed yellow. Had a user complaint about node not working because it was "red". (but it does work and sync, it just shows red and makes you think the connection isn't working)
