Custom fee value change but the cursor do not move

Describe the bug
Custom fee value change but the cursor do not move.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Other settings' - "fee priority"
2. Click on 'custom'
3. Slide the cursor
4. See the cursor not moving while the value change

Expected behavior
The custom fee cursor should move following the value.

Platform:

• OS: Android 7.0
• Device: Xiaomi Redmi Note 4
• Cake Wallet Version: 5.1.2

Additional note
I cannot reproduce it after a restart of the application.
