Bugs of Market Value and Wallet Value #2409

Description

@ThisIsNobodyKnown

Describe the bug

  1. Cake Wallet started showing me very weird fiat values of memecoins (serious coins were not affected) in my wallets, from 6x to 16x higher (in PLN fiat), though when checking the actual crypto amount I hold with the market prices on swaps and CoinMarketCap it shows that those values were wrong and this "profit" is a bug with your software. After seeing this issue, I updated the app through Play Store.

  2. After updating, now the app shows that I do not hold crypto in any of my wallets. It is a bug of the displaying by the app, because on the actual blockchains I still hold all of my crypto, so it was not stolen in any way. Your app is kind of broken to me, basically.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open the app
  2. Open a wallet
  3. See the 100% lacking (and unreal) amount of crypto associated with your wallet address or the memecoin fiat values that are totally out of place, time, space, and any reason
  4. Have a surprised pikachu face

Expected behavior
The amount of crypto I own should be correct, and the fiat values should be close to the actual market values.

Platform:

  • OS: Android 16 (GrapheneOS)
  • Device: Google Pixel 6 Pro
  • Cake Wallet Version: 5.1.2
