User story / feature request
As a TDQ analyst, I want to be able to track changes on an agency's schedule page or holiday page. If we are managing their gtfs, and there are updates, we'd be able to make updates in their gtfs.
Or if they change their GTFS links we'd find out ahead of time.
We can pay for a service or possibly use Scrapy on Cloud Run. It should definetly not use the same IP addresses as our regular gtfs downloads. Changedetection.io?
Acceptance Criteria
Able to have a weekly workflow where TDQ analysts can see changes every week.
