Cannot Sign in using MFA via Google and Authy

I am no longer able to sign in with MFA

I have MFA setup for my CAL account. I sign in with my work gmail account (jed.sanford@kinship.io). I was automatically signed out by time out. When trying to sign back in, it does not accept my MFA.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set up MFA via Authy
2. Time out the sign in
3. Sign back in after time out with google account.
4. enter Authy code

Actual Results

My authy code is not being accepted. Additionally, Cal does not have any other options (such as email verification or contact support) when a sign in fails, leaving me pretty helpless to access my account.

Expected Results

Be able to sign in to my account and use it.
