[Golang]Even if the adminRole is changed, it is not reflected

Describe the bug
When running viron across multiple servers, updating adminRole is sometimes not reflected.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a endpoint page.
2. Click on "Viron 管理ロール"(adminRole)
3. Update adminRole
4. See updated adminrole

Expected behavior
It is expected that you can see the adminrole before and after the update.
