No link in support e-mail if user hasn't yet signed in

Noticed by @alexbrett . I had a brief look in the users table before Alex signed in and there were differences between the rows...

I assume you're referring to current_sign_in and last_sign_in being NULL for people who haven't yet signed in? I imagine there must be some form of logic in the email controller/background task.
