Some emails from the support system appear to be failing DMARC, probably because Tiberius isn't listed under a SPF record in the DNS zone file of the person submitting the support email. See https://support.camdram.net/tickets/17
I don't really know enough about email handling to diagnose why Brimir is tripping DMARC protection...
