Processing multiple libraries in a single run #2
Description
Currently it's only possible to submit one library per manifest.
Changes required:
- Add library column to sample metadata (examples)
- Update manifest validation functions
- Update workflow to read library from manifest and not the config/command line options
- Update examples
- Update wiki
