Close the bundle and charm tracks for 1.7

Context

1.7 bundle and charms have been out of support since November 2023. We need to close the charmhub tracks for the 1.7 bundle, as well as for all the charms.

What needs to get done

Run charmcraft close <charm or bundle> <1.7 channel> for the bundle and all the charms in 1.7 release.

Definition of Done

All the channels under the 1.7 corresponding tracks for the bundle and charms are removed from charmhub.
