Switch to use traefik-route when exposing service #368

Enhancement Proposal
We want to switch to use traefik-route instead of the standard ingress relation
this is based on some internal security findings where we want to stop exposing the /api/v0/metrics endpoint to the wider internet
this can also allow us to make sure, in this kratos-specific case, to think if we actually want to expose any endpoint at all of if we should simply shield it behind the LoginUI
