• consolidate node-fetch to shared/request.js file (to be replaced with node native fetch when it's ready)
• timestamps for cds-list (fix timestamps for cds list #46)
• kick out very old instance-manager support (only service-manager going forward)
• kick out old cds-mtx support (only cds-mtxs going forward)
• minimum node v18
• start test coverage report and improve tests to hit above 75% coverage is too unreliable
• README may get a quickstart, features, peers section similar to Feature Toggles repo
• support service keys alongside apps for those commands where it makes sense, includes (fix handle case where multiple uaa service instances are bound #16, Support for fetching the service credentials of XSUAA through the service key instead of service binding #111)
• re-write context into a class
