Issues in the guide:

  • Cloning from the samples repo is not working, as due to the project structure (root project with workspaces) no package-lock.json file is created in the bookshop folder and cds up fails. Also the vue app is not compatible with the cds add workzone or cds add portal step in the guide -> remove
  • Prerequisites: Unclear, some additional /different necessary steps in trial not listed here
  • HANA Cloud not accessible after creation by default - mention?
  • xsuaa not working ootb in trial / CF extension landscapes - mentioned in details block but easy to overlook?
  • cf l -> API endpoint URL -> mention?
