"FirebaseAuthentication" plugin is not implemented on android

When signing in with google using capacitor firebase, I receive this error.

This is the function responsible for signing in with google:

I have already used npx run sync android which didn't work.

This error is thrown by Capacitor itself. Please take a look at the Android troubleshooting guide: https://capacitorjs.com/docs/android/troubleshooting#plugin-not-implemented

I already tried that and it didn't work.
