Looking for additional maintainer(s)

This project is has been in "maintenance mode" for a while. I try to review PRs and groom issues, but I'm not actively working on it much. For example, I have not pulled in the latest version of the Capstone C library on a regular cadence.

Maintaining this project requires some knowledge of:

• assembly/disassembly (possibly multiple architectures)
• C programming
• Rust programming (including unsafe Rust/FFI)
• open source project maintenance

It's okay if you only have experience in some of the above areas. Helping where you can would be great.
It would be great if you have contributed to this project before, but it's not required.

Also, at least for the foreseeable future, I would still participate in project. I'm happy to provide consulting, mentoring, assistance, code review, etc..

I am interested in becoming a maintainer: I am a user of capstone-rs, and I am also a contributor of the capstone project (mainly LoongArch support for capstone v6).
