[Progress indicator] update in progress state icon

Acceptance criteria

• Carbon received a support question in Slack that the incorrect "in progress" state icon is being used in Carbon Native Mobile.
• In the image below, the in progress state should appear as the one on the right. The icon asset for that is here.
• This needs to be update in Code and in the Figma kit.
