Component list item color accessibility concern

There appears to be a color accessibility issue on a couple themes for component list cards. One part is a low contrast, and the other part is the same color as the background. The affected themes appear to be g10, white, and v9 for at least the same color as background issue, the low contrast issue may be on all themes.
