I'm going to go and pick this issue up since it seems like this toggle icon is widely used. I was looking for examples and it appears someone, probably Andrew, once made an animation for it, but the link is broken for invision (seen in the guidance link). Go ahead and assign me to it and I'll post updates @kristastarr or @johnbister
