how can we understand if a transaction is still in the mempool, or confirmed and processed?
after broadcasting the tx, and searching tx with the hash, i cant get the tx for a while, i assume at that time its in the mempool, and after a while i can get the transaction from rosetta, and its block index is same with the last block, can i say when i get the tx from rosetta, its passed? or should it required to pass some number of blocks?

Hello @dev-dantealighieri,
the mempool monitoring isn't implemented in this cardano-rosetta. But you can check if you find your transaction in one of the latest blocks via /blockendpoint. If you find your transaction there then it's submitted an on-chain.
There's always the possibility for rollbacks, so to be sure that your transaction stays onchain you have to wait a few blocks.
