Emby Notifications OOTB work with Jellyfin

I thought you might want to update your documentation to include support for Jellyfin, since you already support notifications to Jellyfin.

Since Jellyfin is itself a fork of Emby, the Emby notifications in Apprise work OOTB to provide notifications to my Jellyfin server, same default port and everything.

My config line for Jellyfin is jellyfin,media=emby://user:password@192.168.5.2. Since my instance runs on the jellyfin/emby default port 8096, I don't need to add that bit.

Anyway, this is just a request to update the docs to include Jellyfin. Thanks!
