Use app_id as sender name in Resend.com notification #1404

💡 The Idea
I've been using mailto:\\ for a long time and was used to the emails showing up in my inbox with the apps name defined in the assets as the sender (eg. Best App Name <[email protected]>). After switching to resend:\\ I only get the email address. I would like to see this added to the resend plugin. I'm willing to do the coding, just didn't want to start because this could change stuff for people who don't expect it
🔨 Breaking Feature
If the users didn't configure an app_id in their assets before and are already using resend, then their emails would automatically show "Apprise" as the name next to the configured from address after an apprise update. But how bad would that be?
