Reduce dependencies

EllipsisNotation isn't used anywhere anymore, right? Remove from REQUIRE then.

RecursiveArrayTools is used in full binning. It has a rather "long" load time. Maybe we can get rid of it?

Yup EllipsisNotation got removed from Jackknife.

The only function where VectorOfArray (from RecursiveArrayTools) is used is

function std_error(F::FullBinner{<:AbstractArray})
    v = VectorOfArray(F)
    r = similar(F[1], real(eltype(v))) # std error is always real
    @inbounds for i in eachindex(F[1])
        r[i] = _std_error(v[i,:]) # TODO: maybe a view might be faster here
    end
    return r
end

To avoid the dependency, we could write

function std_error2(F::FullBinner{<:AbstractArray})
    r = similar(F[1], real(eltype(F[1]))) # std error is always real
    @inbounds for i in eachindex(F[1])
        r[i] = _std_error(getindex.(F, i)) # TODO: maybe a view might be faster here
    end
    return r
end

However, this comes at the price of a big performance penalty:

julia> F = FullBinner([rand(100,100) for _ in 1:10]);

julia> @btime std_error($F);
  2.417 ms (80003 allocations: 4.96 MiB)

julia> @btime std_error2($F);
  3.795 ms (60002 allocations: 4.35 MiB)

Unless we come up with something better here we should stick with the dependency.
