Describe the bug

Last Flight still seems pretty unstable - I can't seem to start on any of them now, always get a CTD to desktop. Originally put this as a comment in the sidebar loading issue but this still seems to happen.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Make a Last Flight scenario
2. Load a Blimp pilot
3. Sometimes will get the below:
   DEBUG : could not place starting vehicle

FUNCTION : start_game
FILE : D:\a\Cataclysm-BN\Cataclysm-BN\src\game.cpp
LINE : 682
VERSION : BN 44b7bd0

4. CTD with no error messages in the debug log.
