Rename /client.php to be something specific to the provider like /aws-ses/handler.php

Long term we may have integrations with a lot of different apis that have webhooks calling back into us. So I'd like to set up a clean naming structure to handle not only different service providers but also different types of apis. Some something like:

/aws/
/google/
/yahoo/
/outlook
