Path of themes incorrect

I followed the guide but it was not working, I looked for btop in the .config is so now I customized btop here the correct path

{USER} = username should be used

/home/{USER}/.config/btop/themes

I created the PR, I hope it is correct, in case there is something wrong with commits you can change it before merge.
