Database is not available when using psicoffee mode in T-COFFEE Version_13.46.0.919e8c6b (2023-07-07 22:06:42 - Revision 29996c5 - Build 980)

Hello everyone, rencently I update my T-COFFEE from Version 13.41 to 13.46 to accept em pdb_type when using exresso mode. But I met a new problem, that the psicoffee can not work, even all parameter values are the same as that in version 13.41. A typical example as follow:

nohup t_coffee RAG2L_v28_phd.fasta_aln -mode psicoffee -evaluate_mode t_coffee_slow -blast_server LOCAL -protein_db uniref50 -output score_html clustalw_aln fasta_aln -tree -outorder aligned -seq_weight t_coffee -thread 0 -method_log -run_name RAG2L_v31_phd -cache no -quiet stdout >RAG2L_v31_phd.log &

77285 -- ERROR: Database uniref50 not available

But the same code can work normally in Version 13.41, so I ask for whether some parameter values are changed in version 13.46?
