Newly introduced special features available only on special events are now implemented in the dedicated special versions on their dedicated branches, e.g., v4.20-alpha and v4.20-beta. Such special features are no longer implemented on the main branch.

Since the legacy codes for such special features are now useless most of the time (in fact, some are never enabled since the time when the source code of DreamBBS started to be hosted on GitHub), they should be removed completely from the main branch.
