My contribution to ChucK - Hope it's appreciated

Hello everyone.
I built a portable version of ChucK, it includes:

• ChucK
• ChuGL
• miniAudicle
• ChugIns

And it's all based on 1.5.5.1, so it's all compatible on each other. (actually, there's a compatibility problem with ChuGL if you use ChucK from miniAudicle, without the editor too)

Please make a PR so that changes can be tracked. Sharing binaries is not good practice since it is a security vulnerability for those who run them. Same goes for basically any kind of file (like .ck files). We want to see how the files changed before we run anything.

Excuse me, I'm a total noob with Git, and plus I didn't touch a line of code (except my tweak on miniAudicle to make it build, but I just deleted some lines of code, very few of them).
My portable distribution is more a binary facility for the average user to avoid compiling himself and having the program running anyhow - I see no binary releases for Linux in releases.
