Sample rate hard-coded at 44100Hz

The sample rate of ChuckMain node is hard-coded at 44100Hz. The frequency would be inaccurate if the project setting is using sample rate other than 44100Hz.

@gewang As a workaround, I created static functions for getting and setting sample rate for all ChucK main instances. I'm still looking for a way to read the sample rate that UE is using.

when you create your operator you have InSettings, you can get the sample rate from that: InSettings.GetSampleRate()
