How to use tcp service( I failed to know how to take use of port 50001)? Are there any docs show what api can I call?

My main requirement is to fast check balance by addresses( about billion amount of addresses), so I want to aggregate an address and balance locally into a db like redis or mongodb so that I can fast and bulk query balance. Can you please kindly tell me some possible methods? Thank you very much!
