Summary
Change the name of this repository from node-starter-app to cds-prototype-kit.
Motivation
@brianhendrick1, our Service Designer, doesn't know what Node.js is, nor should he have to. The fact that this is a node app isn't the important thing about this repository.
Why are we doing this?
At the Government Digital Service, they have a repository intended to quickly spin up prototypes with a common look-and-feel — pretty much exactly what this one is for.
Theirs is called the govuk-prototype-kit, while ours is called the node-starter-app.
Calling it a prototype kit is more descriptive of the intention of the repository (prototypes and early alphas), whereas the fact that it is written in node is an implementation detail.
Design Detail

Drawbacks
It's featured in a slide deck as a "BETA" 😉so all our downstream clients might be confused.
Unresolved questions
We could also call it cds-kit-prototype-snc if we wanted a more bilingual name. (Also, names are changeable — let not the perfect be the enemy of the good, etc.)
