9.3" screen on CLIO V

Hello,

I'm starting this discussion because I'm having trouble fully configuring the new 9.3" screen, which is replacing a 7-inch screen, on CLIO V 2021.
I looked through discussion #956 but didn't find anything that could help me.
The new screen is recognized correctly; I don't have dual displays, but it's still the small screen interface.

If I switch from landscape to portrait in HMI, the Renault startup screen is perfect, but very long. And once it's started, it displays the GPS map, with a large black rectangle at the top of the screen.

At this point, the touchscreen works but nothing else, no multi-sense, etc. Also, after 30 seconds, the unit reboots. And it does this continuously...
In HMI, I've also enabled the menu buttons, but I don't see what else I need to do to make it work properly.
