maybe you didnt press the 'new configuration application' button after pressing 'without tpms' and the tpms button (do at your own risk) |

Ok I have resolved the issue. It seems I have 2 older versions of DDT4ALL on my laptop, 1 works better than the other. I must have used a different version the other day as no matter what I did in the cluster configuration page when I clicked on "new configuration application" nothing happened at all. Today however, when I used DDT4ALL I went back into BCM, enabled TPMS and once again Prog Error appeared. I then went into the cluster, it was still set correctly to <2014 with TPMS without reset, so I changed it to without TPMS, then when I hit the "new configuration application" button the cluster reset (this did not happen previously). So as something new happened, I then set it back to <2014 with TPMS without reset and hit the "new configuration application" button again and the cluster once again reset, but this time no Prog Error appeared and my TPMS options re-appeared in the menu. Thanks to those that have offered help and advise. |

Hi, yesterday I disconnected the battery on my Megane 3 RS, and removed the battery tray.
After reconnecting, I switched on the ignition and it displays Prog Error and it doesn't go away when I start the engine.
I checked all connections and nothing was loose, so I disconnected it again and left it off for a while to see if that would reset anything, but nothing changed.
So I check for fault codes and the only thing I can find is in the cluster which is DTC940c55 (DF018) and google suggests it is related to TPMS.
So I go into the cluster with ddt4all and it is set correctly to show <2014 with TPMS without reset, but if I change this to >2014 with TPMS with reset or setting it to without TPMS doesn't change anything.
So I have gone into BCM and then TPMS - TPMS Configuration and as soon as I change Presence_SSPP from with to without, the Prog Error vanishes (as does the TPMS options on the dash).
When I check the pressure readings below that, all 4 pressure readings show correctly.
Obviously the car does have TPMS and it was working without any issue before disconnecting the battery.
Does anyone have any idea as to why the cluster now thinks it should not have TPMS and how I can get it to work again?
