OnBeforeDownload is not getting triggered sometimes

The OnBeforeDownload event is not being triggered sometimes. It's highly intermittent. I've observed this issue on CefSharp version 129. I encountered this issue once, and after that, once the OnBeforeDownload event stops being called, it doesn't get triggered again until the client is restarted.

The client is currently using version 129, have not updated to 134 yet, as it's a very rare issue there is no specific scenario to repro this . Is there any way to confirm if the issue exists/introduced on 129

This is an old unsupported version. Upgrading is highly recommended CVE-2025-2783

As there is no repo steps it's impossible to say.

Your best bet is to try with the current supported version.
