[NEW THEME] Senbei

Inspired by Japanese deer crackers and しかのこのこのここしたんたん; for some values, I sampled actual content and changed the colours for the theme (e.g. I picked colours from an actual shika senbei they sell at Nara park and Nokotan's antler, and made adjustments using Krita to make the accent and button hexes) ...which I guess makes it more authentic is my point here, lol

Thanks for submitting a theme, you may always create a pull request if you're comfortable with that. I've stopped maintaining themes for the 0.8 version of the Paperback app. But version 0.9 recently gained themes support and I will look into updating this repository for that.
