Where is the full changelog available?

I'm seeing https://github.com/celzero/rethink-app/releases/tag/v0.5.5o, and it says "📝 Note: This is not a detailed changelog.". Then where is the detailed changelog? There's https://github.com/celzero/rethink-app/releases/tag/v0.5.5p, which is a bit better, but not detailed enough it seems as there are 100+ commits between o and p: v0.5.5o...v0.5.5p

100+ commits here, and 2000+ commits in firestack, the network engine.

https://github.com/celzero/rethink-app/releases/tag/v0.5.5p, which is a bit better, but not detailed enough

https://github.com/celzero/rethink-app/releases/tag/v0.5.5t has a bunch listed (at least the user-facing stuff), though, even that isn't exhaustive.

Then where is the detailed changelog?

Unfortunately, no where. Embarrassingly, the reason is, we don't know ourselves the new features and changes that went in v055o, and we didn't have the time to enumerate them from commits.

I think I saw it in another discussion, but what would be nice is to work with way smaller releases. Latest stable is from June 2024, and there have been 1100 commits ever since. I can imagine you would be able to cook up a stable version in-between that.

v055o accumulated features, on top of being delayed (due to both personal and professional reasons), but v055o saw a significant rewrite of the network engine to support upcoming usecases (including for iOS).

Are you considering changing the way of releasing based on my previous message? I think that would only bring benefits to be honest.

Yes, I spoke to the lead and they know about this thread. No guarantees, though, given our most pressing issues are elsewhere.
