Treat on uninstalled app(s)

Hello,

I have some problems with Rethink latest version (0.5.5t) (fdroid), especially this app's treat on uninstalled apps.

1. With some active wireguard customization list: When adding a random installed app to a wg config, the dialog sometimes appears that uninstalled app also included with installed app. When removing one of them, all of them will removed. No matter installed or uninstalled app(s).
2. When do refreshing apps list, the number of apps should be updated and automatically remove the uninstalled ones.
3. The uninstalled app(s) also still visible on the logs. How is that possible?

I already found my way to get rid them all: By clearing Rethink app data. Clearing cache won't help. However, with this method you have to reconfigure wg-files which may take some time. The app will be fresh and with updated apps list installed.

Please look into this. These really frustrated me.

The latest version v0.5.5u, available here on github releases, solves this.
